1. About us
USUnitTests provides downloadable PDF study materials (exam papers and answer keys) for the Chinese national curriculum.
2. AI-generated content
Custom papers (the "create your own paper" product) are written from scratch by an artificial intelligence system and then checked by a second automated pass. They are not reviewed by a human examiner.
- Not official. No paper we sell is an official examination paper. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any textbook publisher, school, examination board or education authority. Textbook names (such as "PEP" or "人教版") are used only to describe which syllabus a paper is aligned to.
- Accuracy. Machine-generated questions and answers can contain errors, even after automated checking. We do not warrant that any paper, question or answer is correct, complete, error-free or suitable for any particular examination or syllabus. Please use our papers as extra practice material and follow your teacher's guidance.
- Copyright. Content produced purely by artificial intelligence may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and we do not claim copyright in the AI-generated questions. That does not affect the restrictions in section 3 — the files remain for your personal use only.
- Notice on the file. Every custom paper carries an "AI-generated content" notice on its first page and a machine-readable AI marker in the PDF file metadata. Please do not remove them.
- Rights complaints. We instruct the AI not to reproduce existing textbooks, past examination papers or third-party question banks. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it promptly.
3. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a paper you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and use that PDF for your own (or your own children's) study purposes. You may print it for personal use. This is a contractual licence to use the file; it is not a transfer of ownership or of any copyright.
You may not: resell, redistribute, publish, share, upload, or make the files available to others (including on file-sharing sites, social media, or in bulk to students or third parties); remove or alter the copyright, AI-generation or other notices; or use the materials commercially without our written permission.
4. No account required
You do not need to create an account. Your order is identified by the order number we send you and by the email address used at PayPal. Please keep your order number safe.
5. Who may buy
Our papers are sold to adults: parents, teachers, tutors and other adults buying on behalf of a student. At checkout you must confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are a parent, teacher or guardian purchasing for a student. We do not sell to children, and we never ask for or store any information about the student.
6. Delivery
Delivery is digital. Library papers: the download link is shown immediately after payment and emailed to your PayPal address, and is valid for 24 hours. Custom AI papers: generation takes a few minutes, and the link we email is valid for 7 days. If a link expires you can request a new one from the order lookup page; it will be sent to the same email address, provided the file is still within our retention period.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. Each paper is sold separately — the current price is shown on every paper page and at checkout.
8. Content and accuracy
Library papers are compiled from our own curriculum library; custom papers are generated as described in section 2. All papers are provided as-is for study practice. We do not guarantee that any paper matches a specific school, exam board or teacher's syllabus, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any textbook publisher or examination authority.
9. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: undownloaded orders can be refunded within 30 days; downloaded orders cannot.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to purchases made after its "last updated" date.
