1. Who we are
This website is operated by USUnitTests ("we"). We sell downloadable PDF exam papers. You can reach us at support@usunittests.com.
2. What we collect
- Order information — order number, the paper purchased, amount and currency, payment status, and the PayPal transaction ID.
- Email address — the email address associated with your PayPal payment, so we can send your download link and order updates.
- Name — if PayPal provides it, used only to personalise our emails.
- Download and technical logs — time of download, IP address and browser user-agent. We use these to deliver your file, prevent abuse, and verify refund eligibility.
- Custom-paper request — for AI custom papers, the specification you choose (grade, subject, units, difficulty and question language). This is not personal information.
We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details or your PayPal password. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal.
We do not collect any information about the student who will use the paper — no student name, age, date of birth, school, class or grades.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver the product you purchased and to provide support.
- To handle refund requests and resolve payment disputes.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of download links.
- To meet our accounting and legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
- PayPal — as the payment processor (see PayPal's own privacy policy).
- Our email provider — used only to send transactional emails such as your download link.
- Our hosting provider — servers that store the website and its logs.
- AI model provider — for AI custom papers we send only the paper specification you selected (grade, subject, unit, difficulty, question language). Your name, email address, payment details and IP address are never sent to the model provider, and no information about any student is sent, because we do not hold any.
We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Cookies and tracking
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party analytics, advertising or social-media pixels. A minimal amount of local browser storage may be used to remember your recently viewed paper. PayPal may set its own cookies while you are on the checkout page.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records — kept for up to 3 years for accounting, tax, refund and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
- Download logs (time, IP, user-agent) — kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- The PDF you purchased — deleted from our servers 30 days after your download link expires.
We do not keep personal data indefinitely, and we never retain more than we need to deliver the product and meet our legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will, except where we are required by law to keep it.
7. Children's privacy
This site is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age).
- Our papers are bought by parents, teachers, tutors and other adults on behalf of a student. At checkout we ask the buyer to confirm they are 18 or older, or that they are a parent, teacher or guardian buying for a student.
- We never ask for a student's name, age, date of birth, school, class or results, and our papers are not personalised to a named student. There is therefore no student profile to protect, sell or leak.
- We do not use third-party advertising, analytics or profiling tools, and we do not build behavioural profiles of children.
- We do not disclose any personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only third party involved in a purchase is PayPal, as the payment processor.
- If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at support@usunittests.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using your email address for transactional messages. Contact us at support@usunittests.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may need to keep order records where the law requires it.
9. Data transfers
Our servers are located in the United States, and our service providers may also process data outside your country. If you buy from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with data-transfer restrictions, this means your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, and we keep the data transferred to the minimum needed to process your order and deliver your file.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the version on this page is always the current one.
